Due to COVID-19, we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the date of delivery. If you are unable to return your order within this time frame due to local government restrictions or quarantine, please contact us for an extension.
All purchases from Klättermusen can be returned free of charge. Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your shipment. You can also find these instructions in the links below.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in the same condition they were received, including all labels and original packaging. Once we receive the return, please allow 15 business days for your refund to process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
If you want to exchange an item, return the product within 30 days and then place a new order on klattermusen.com. Your new product will be delivered to you within a few days and you’ll receive a refund as soon as we receive your returned product.
If you have selected Postnord Logistics as shipping method for your order, you can use this form below for returns. Please enter your order number and email adress to proceed with your return. Then select if you want to receive a text message or an email sent to you. This email/text message contains a QR code which you show to the staff at the nearest delivery point. They will print the return label for you.
