We’re aware of websites and social media ads that try to imitate Klättermusen. These pages may look similar to ours, but they are not connected to us and often promote unusually large discounts to attract visitors.
Our official, and only, website is klattermusen.com. You can also find genuine Klättermusen products through our trusted partners listed in the Find a Store section on our website. If you’re ever unsure or want to double-check, our customer service team is happy to help.

Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time: 2-5 business days
Processing time: Orders placed before 4 pm CET will normally be shipped the same day. Otherwise, please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders made from May 15th
As of May 15th, deliveries to United States are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and the product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes & duties.
Orders placed before May 15th
Orders placed before May 15th are delivered as DAP (Delivered at Place) and exclusive of customs & duties. The buyer is responsible to pay customs duties, and will be charged these separately during the import process in order to release the products from the customs authorities.
Home Delivery
All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop include home delivery. If a delivery address is a home or residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After two failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to the nearest service point.
Rejected order
If you reject your order, or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information, you are required to pay a cost of $120 to cover shipping costs and any other fees, such as import tax and duties.
