Deliveries to USA are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and the product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time: 2-5 business days
Processing time: Orders placed before 12 pm CET will be shipped the next business day, but please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
VAT applies on all orders to the United States and is included in the price visible on the website. No customs & duties will be charged.
Home Delivery
All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop includes home delivery. If a delivery address is a home/residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to a service point.
If you refuse your order, or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information, we will deduct the shipping costs and any other fees, such as import tax and duties from your refund.
