Alfheim combines advanced material engineering with lightweight warmth and reliable weather protection.
The main fabric is Cutan® Levitend®, a 2-layer construction made from 100% pre-consumer recycled polyamide with a PU membrane and DWR coating. This provides full waterproofing (>20 000 mm) and high breathability (>20 000 g/m²/24h) in a lightweight 20D mini ripstop fabric that is both durable and flexible.
The jacket is insulated with Primaloft® Gold Active, using 60 g and 80 g synthetic fill strategically placed for optimal thermal efficiency and mobility. The insulation is made from 55% polyester and 45% post-consumer recycled polyester, offering lightweight warmth even in damp conditions.
Reinforced polyamide panels at the shoulders and bottom hem enhance durability, while the bluesign® and GRS certifications guarantee responsible and sustainable sourcing.
The combination of recycled polyamide shell, synthetic Primaloft® insulation, and fluorocarbon-free protection makes Alfheim a versatile, weatherproof, and eco-conscious insulation jacket ideal for high-output and transitional conditions.
