Return Policy

We have extended our return policy to 60 days from the date of delivery. If you are unable to return your order within this time frame due to local government restrictions or quarantine, please contact us for an extension.

UPS delivery standards

All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop includes home delivery.  

If a delivery address is a home/residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to a service point.

As the situation now is a little more difficult (a lot of closed service points), the parcel will be routed to the closest service point that is actually open.  Please note there may be delays in the delivery time due to the ongoing situation.

Are you still making deliveries? Which countries have restrictions?

UPS is maintaining delivery services except where limited by government restrictions. We are working in partnership with governments around the world to obtain exceptions that allow our operations to continue wherever possible, even in restricted areas. UPS delivery operations have been designated critical infrastructure by governments and we continue to pick up and deliver, even in restricted areas.

Do I still need to sign for my package?

In the interest of employee and customer safety, UPS’s Signature Required guidelines are temporarily being adjusted such that consignees will no longer need to sign for UPS Signature Required deliveries. Despite this adjusted process the driver will still need to make contact with the consignee. The consignee must, at the time of delivery, acknowledge that UPS is making a delivery and, if applicable, show government issued photo ID.

Are UPS pickup and drop off locations open and operating?

Some businesses that serve as UPS Access Point® locations are closing or adjusting their operations due to coronavirus. The UPS Global Locator is updated in real-time to reflect the nearest available active locations.

UPS My Choice

In select markets, UPS offers a service called UPS My Choice.

By signing up for My Choice the consignee has an opportunity to:

  • Receive proactive delivery alerts
  • Manage your deliveries with a Delivery Planner
  • Reroute and reschedule deliveries
