backcountry skier skier through untouched snow

SkyDancer + Valiente (Finnmark)

A Voyage Through Fjords Toward Untouched Snow

Tour Peaks Carved by Ice and Sea

Experience Arctic ski touring like never before, combining the freedom of the fjords with the thrill of backcountry skiing. Guided by IFMGA-certified experts, you will chase the best snow each day, then unwind on your floating basecamp with warm meals, stories, and the rhythm of the Arctic sea.

Please note: for the first week (Feb 15–22), we’ve switched boat to Valiente instead of SkyDancer. Valiente is a 70-foot steel expedition vessel built for Arctic conditions, offering excellent comfort and safety—perfect for this adventure.

For the second week (March 30–April 6), we’ll be back aboard SkyDancer, the iconic 73-foot schooner crewed by ski-and-sail pioneers who have circumnavigated the globe.
