Lars Larssen & Anne Moen
In this chapter, we meet Lars Larssen and Anne Moen. Lars went from obsessive snowboarder to expedition guide, discovering meditation as a tool for focus and self-mastery in extreme environments and everyday life. Anne grew up in Norway’s Hardangervidda mountains and is a multi-instrumentalist. For her, music and nature share the same rhythm: reading patterns, adapting to change, and finding harmony.
