Where craftsmanship meets the landscape.

In the second chapter of our Crafted for Life series, we follow landscape artist RP Roberts into the mountains that continue to shape both his work and his way of thinking. Known for his bold, graphic designs for Jones Snowboards — a visual language that has influenced snowboard culture for years — RP’s art begins in wild places: in weather, in terrain, and in the quiet movement of the landscape.

The film takes us inside his process. How he studies a ridgeline before painting it. How instinct, material and restraint guide each stroke. And how his craft keeps evolving — because for RP, craftsmanship isn’t a finish line. It’s a lifelong practice of paying attention, trying, learning and starting again.

To mark the release, we reconnect with our snowboard community through two events in London and Åre. Workshops, conversations and hands-on sessions offer a chance to see RP’s craft up close, create something of your own, and meet a community of makers, riders and explorers who share a similar approach to their work.
