Be aware of fake websites

We’re aware of websites and social media ads that try to imitate Klättermusen. These pages may look similar to ours, but they are not connected to us and often promote unusually large discounts to attract visitors.


Our official, and only, website is klattermusen.com. You can also find genuine Klättermusen products through our trusted partners listed in the Find a Store section on our website. If you’re ever unsure or want to double-check, our customer service team is happy to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Fee Switzerland

UPS Express Saver: 35 CHF

Deliveries to Switzerland are DAP (Delivered at Place) and the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time: 2-4 business days

Processing time: Orders placed before 4 pm CET will normally be shipped the same day. Otherwise, please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Deliveries are DAP (Delivered at Place) and the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. The buyer is responsible to pay customs, duties & local taxes, and will be charged these separately during the import process in order to release the products from the customs authorities. Prices visible on the website are excluding these charges.

Home Delivery

All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop include home delivery. If a delivery address is a home or residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After two failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to the nearest service point.

Rejected order

If you reject your order, or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information, we will deduct the shipping costs and any other fees, such as import tax and duties, from your refund.
