Estimated shipping time: 2-4 business days

Processing time: Orders placed before 12 pm CET will normally be shipped the next working day. Otherwise, please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frames, but delays may occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Deliveries to Switzerland are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and the product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes & duties.

All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop include home delivery. If a delivery address is a home or residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After two failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to the nearest service point.

If you reject your order, or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information, we will deduct the shipping costs and any other fees, such as import tax and duties, from your refund.
