    Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your Klättermusen product for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it, within 30 days to receive a full refund. Please follow the instructions on the Return form included in your shipment.

    If you’re unhappy with your product, we are always interested to hear your feedback. Email us.

    Exchange of Product

    If you want to exchange an item, return the product within 30 days and then place a new order on klattermusen.com. Your new product will be delivered to you within a few days and you’ll receive a refund as soon as we receive your returned product.

    Return Instructions

    SWEDEN & EU

    • Place the item in a secure package together with a completed Return Form. Don’t forget to fill in your order number and contact details.
    • Carefully seal the package and make sure you have the correct postage.
    • We recommend you always ship with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

    US, CANADA & REST OF WORLD

    • Please contact us at Web Shop so we can provide you with a printable electronic return label and customs form to include on the outside of your package. Please note that we will deduct 20 USD / 15 EUR from your refund when using the pre-printed UPS return label.
    • Place the item in a secure package together with your completed Return Form. Affix the return label and customs form to the outside of the package. Don’t forget to fill in your order number and contact details.
    • Carefully seal the package and drop it off at a UPS shipping location or arrange a pickup at your home/office.
    • If you would like to exchange a product for a new color or size, please contact our Web Shop for instructions. All exchange orders to countries outside the European Union are sent out marked as "Warranty Replacement Order". This informs customs that you have already paid government taxes and dutyies on your original tracking number, and that this is a replacement item. Should your customs insist and issue the fee again you will need to show proof that it is an exchange item and that you have already paid the fee, and have sent the original order back to us. Please keep the tracking information for your return and the duties and taxes receipt at hand.

    We will notify you when we have processed your return and issued a refund. Please allow 10-15 business days for refunds to process after we have received your package.
